Authors deposit their datasets in trustworthy repositories and include links or persistent identifiers (such as the DOI) in their manuscripts, in keeping with the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).

Editorial commitment and guiding principles

The journal observes the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing endorsed by COPE, DOAJ, OASPA , safeguarding the integrity, equity and quality of the entire editorial process.

The use of persistent identifiers is encouraged ORCID for individuals and ROR for affiliations along with adherence to the FAIR principles for scientific data. The journal also endorses the DORA and Leiden declarations, valuing knowledge for its content rather than for traditional impact metrics.

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process, and the journal publishes in continuous publication format for the timely dissemination of knowledge.
