Abstract

La siguiente investigación de reflexión teórica, muestra las implicancias existentes entre creatividad e innovación. Así mismo, explica el tratamiento entregado en estos aspectos en los Centros de Educación Superior. Además, se analizó la relación entre estos dos elementos con las necesidades de las empresas del siglo XXI.


Finalmente se individualizaron cuatro instrumentos de medición de la creatividad. Se concluye con respecto a la relación entre creatividad, innovación y Centros de Educación Superior, que se deben cambiar los paradigmas del proceso educativo para poder así aumentar el potencial creativo de los estudiantes. En cuanto a la relación de estos dos aspectos con las empresas del siglo XXI, se concluye su vital importancia, para potenciar su proceso innovador, si éstas logran internalizar de forma sustentable el proceso creativo dentro de su cadena de valor, para afrontar así los nuevos desafíos en un entorno dinámico de alta exigencia.
