Abstract
This research has in its genesis the need to answer the question that many people are currently asking "What do we know about coronavirus (Covid-19), known as Wuhan pneumonia?"
This new virus has been baptized In February 2020 as "Covid-19" but known worldwide as "Wuhan's pneumonia" has the scientific community researching on it, to be able to know it in depth and face it with the necessary measures to contain it.
This new virus from China has spread across the Asian continent to Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, Nepal and the United States, and the arrival in Latin America is imminent, with the first case confirmed in Brazil.
This work is a compilation of the few studies that are available on Covid-19, due to its recent appearance between the end of the year 2019 and the beginning of the year 2020, but it contains relevant information about the new virus, racial predisposition, persistence of viruses on inanimate surfaces, Coronavirus inactivation by biocidal agents, types of transmission, clinical course of the disease, traditional diagnostic methods and rapid diagnostic kit, prevention measures, classification of pneumonia levels, types of treatments and Non-pharmacological measures to contain the virus in crowded places, among others.
In the course of this work, around the middle of the month of February of the year 2020, more than 2000 deceased people and almost 74,000 infected people are reported in much of the world.
