Abstract
This contribution to the research on equality, gender, and sexual diversity in the initial formation of teachers pretends to analyze the state of art in the course 2014-2015 in the
matter of equality, no discrimination, and effective equity in the Teacher Graduation/ in the Jaume I University from the analysis of the programs of the subjects of the Education
Department. The results show the real and urgent need to form teachers for the accomplishment of the legislative and normative framework of a coherent educational policy
from a democratic curriculum.
