Abstract

This article presents a personal reflection, which emerges from our professional practicum as technical–educational assistant, performed in different pedagogical contexts, and pretends to generate a socialization space of meaningful experiences related to the different demands of inclusion which are set out nowadays. For this purpose we will employ a expositive scheme which contains, firstly, the conceptualization of some relevant categories,
after that the description of the main instruments and programs which are developed in the schools, and finally an analysis of the ways in which they may favor or not the equity of gender, the acceptance of sexual diversity and the promotion of Human Rights.

At the same time we hope to give suggestions and alternatives to improve the practicum in the schools through institutional instruments with the purpose of motivating the commitment of the entire educational community.
