Abstract
Based on the implementation of two community outreach projects (Crealab), this interview arti-cle reports on the professional training experience known as Professional Teaching Learning Circles (Cads). Developed among inservice teachers and education students, the Cads provided a space for sharing teaching knowledge while students learned to research professional knowledge.
Linked to the subject Educational Research, Cads were understood as a learning cycle based on joint research as part of professional teacher development. Four education students actively involved in the projects participated in this interview.
It highlights the significance and contributions of Cads to the professional training of future teachers, the learning gained from educational research, and the contributions to the construction of the professional identity of education students.
The interview concludes with some proposals for the future of Cads in teacher training.
