PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP. STARTING POINT IN THE PATH OF THE ENTREPRENEUR

Abstract
One of the transversal lines in the Lota Arauco Technical Training Center is the Entrepreneurship Line. This is part of the training of the student and taxes the generic competence declared in the Educational Model, Demonstrate Entrepreneurial Spirit. The modules are: Personal Development Workshop, Creativity and Innovation Workshop, Entrepreneurship Workshop and Projects Workshop. It is in the first module, where the work is focused: it shows the advances achieved by the students, self-esteem test results, methodological strategies used, and the accompaniment done to the students. The results are significant considering the strategies used since an increase in students' self-esteem is observed and the planning of a life project is achieved. The students realize the benefits of the workshop and the possibility of knowing and recognizing their qualities.
