Policy Open Access
This means that although we allow redistribution, reuse, and adaptation of works, as long as it is not for commercial purposes and the original authorship is appropriately attributed, the authorship and initial rights remain with the author. Additionally, any derivative work must be distributed under the same license as the original, thereby promoting an equitable and open exchange of knowledge, always in line with our open access policy.
The University Journal Ruta, in its free and gratuitous nature, does not charge any kind of fee or cost for the submission of works, nor does it consider remunerations for the authors for their publications. Similarly, the journal does not demand payment or any requirement from its readers to access the content.
