Abstract

The  creation  of  self - employment  is  a  key  element  to  overcome  the  specter  of  unemployment. Entrepreneurs promote the generation of enterprises that offer products / services, but also represent a living example that it is possible to provide young people the alternative of being an entrepreneur instead of being employed.
