THE APLICABILITY OF CHILEAN PROCEDURAL RULES TOWARDS THE ENDING OF XIX TH CENTURY

Abstract
After the war of the Pacific, a belic event that was fought between the years 1879
and 1883, the Peruvian Republic territories were under military occupation by the
Chilean Republic. Lima and Callao were some of the cities under Chilean
domination. For the justice administration of those territories a provisional judicial
authority was established. In this work we will reflect about certain particularities
about certain Chilean procedural organic and substantive rules applicability within
the Peruvian territory.
