La reconfiguración del modelo de negocios y el desempeño organizacional: una perspectiva de las capacidades dinámicas

Resumen
Utilizamos la perspectiva de las capacidades dinámicas, fundamentada en la administración estratégica y de la teoría de las organizaciones; con el objetivo de explicar la reconfiguración de los modelos de negocios y su relación con el desempeño de las organizaciones.
Se resalta que las capacidades dinámicas búsqueda de oportunidades (“sensing”) y aplicación o explotación de las mismas (“seizing”) inciden en la reconfiguración de los modelos de negocios y en el desempeño organizacional, tomando en cuenta los cambios del entorno.
Como resultado de la investigación, se propone un modelo contingente entre los constructos estudiados, los factores que afectan, son: las características de las organizaciones, el dinamismo del entorno, y las capacidades cognitivas de los directivos.
