Policy Repository
This policy guides on the deposition of Congress contributions to repositories, promoting open access and the dissemination of knowledge:
Open Access: Authors are encouraged to deposit their accepted contributions in recognized external repositories to ensure unrestricted and free access to their work, always respecting the terms of the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
Credit and Attribution: When depositing their works, authors must ensure proper credit is given to the original authors and the Congress. All relevant metadata should be included to facilitate proper citation and recognition of the work.
Non-Commercial Use: Content deposited under this license must not be used for commercial purposes. Reading, downloading, and sharing of the content for academic, educational, or research purposes are permitted, provided authorship is acknowledged.
Long-Term Preservation: It is recommended to choose repositories with strong digital preservation policies to ensure the content's continuous availability over time.
Research Promotion: This policy supports the vision of a globally connected academic community, where open access to scientific contributions fosters greater collaboration and knowledge advancement.
Authors are responsible for complying with these guidelines when selecting a repository for their deposition, thus contributing to the Congress’s mission of promoting open science and universal access to knowledge.
