Vol. 4 (2022): Teaching During the Pandemic: Analysis and Critical Evaluation of Academic Gaps: La Serena, November 24 and 25, 2022
To enhance research in teaching in higher education and, based on it, to address the dynamic processes and transformations experienced by university teaching over time, ULS through the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Postgraduate Studies and the Academic Vice-Rectorate, created the Higher Education Teaching Congress (CODES) in 2019, which was held in person in the city of La Serena. Due to the health emergency, the
2020, 2021, and 2022 editions were conducted remotely, particularly the CODES 2022 edition took place on November 24 and 25, coining the main idea "Teaching in the pandemic: Analysis and critical evaluation of academic gaps and their impact". The goal was to address teaching during the pandemic, to perform an analysis and critical evaluation of academic gaps and their impact.
CODES 2022 brought together over 200 attendees and presented 41 contributions, creating a space for reflection to address the new challenges of learning recovery that universities are expected to face in the coming years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The thematic lines considered in CODES 2022 focused on 4 areas:
Inclusion, socio-emotional skills, and mental health
Systems for assessment and monitoring of learning processes
Integration of ICT in the informative process
Interdisciplinarity in curriculum formation and innovation.
